Lee County Sheriff John McDougall of Florida denied assistance to an abortion doctor whose clinics were being ambushed by protesters, stating instead that he would “assist the protesters.” Dr. Ali Azima had sent a letter to McDougall concerning a prayer vigil and other incidents that were being held outside his clinics. McDougall responded that he would uphold his duty to protect all citizens, “even a baby killer like yourself,” and went on to add that his office would “do everything within our power to assist the protesters who wish to protect the misguided mothers who come to your clinic of death.”

Please read the unanimous pro-life decision in McCullen v. Coakley, decided in June 2014 by the U.S. Supreme Court. It adopts the position of heroic sidewalk counselors such as Meredith Raney. It mirrors the advice which I gave Sheriff John McDougall. It confirms the advice given this Sheriff by his big league law firm. Yet the Sheriff ignored this advice after being lied to by Clinton, Reno, and Charles Wilson. I believe that this about face by the Sheriff opened the door for 9/11.

Mr. Trump is refusing to make his tax returns public.His excuse that he is being audited is not sufficient. I just did an MSN search on” Planned Parenthood location Trenton , New Jersey”. The headquarters appear to be situated in the center of Trenton with 34 satellite operations nearby. I don’t know what assets Planned Parenthood may have had in Trenton as of the Anthrax Letters mailings soon after 9/11 or where they were located. A few years ago, President Obama supposedly refused to allow an investigation into Mueller’s handling of the Anthrax Letters attacks because that would result in the loss of the public’s trust in future FBI probes.
I am not certain that Ali A. Azima ever graduated from any medical school. However, a Google search shows that Azima graduated from three medical schools, all in 1961. Please read the Daily Beast’s article which it published yesterday about Florida’s former senator, Bob Graham’s dismay about the Federal Justice system in Tampa having falsified and/or destroyed important evidence concerning 9/11. Of course the FBI, NSA, and the CIA have done this to protect Azima, Clinton, and Wilson.I doubt that Graham would be upset if the FBI were faking evidence to make him look innocent of having helped the terrorists. Before much of the evidence concerning 9/11 and the anthrax attacks was stolen in a burglary of my home-office, I met with a Department of Justice attorney in Washington, D.C. The attorney’s name was Carole or Carol Ide. As best I could, I told her every thing about the evidence I was holding. The meeting was not at the main office of the DOJ headquarters on Pennsylvania Avenue. It took place in a newer , smaller building several blocks away.
It turns out that Ms. Ide was very close to Charles Wilson.
I have accused the FBI of stealing 9/11 and anthrax attacks evidence from me. The Bureau has at least had the courtesy not to deny its guilt.
Electronic infiltration. What you will never be told about the investigation of Mrs. Clinton’s mishandling of official e-mails is that it was a charade. There was probably sufficient evidence for Attorney General Lynch to decide to indict her.But the case never would have gone to court. Why? Because the FBI and/or its pals at NSA can secretly change existing e-mails in your computer, adding or subtracting words to make the final message one that is apparently incriminating. Whole new fictitious messages can be inserted without your consent or knowledge. Under these circumstances, Mrs. Clinton’s attorneys would have prevented the introduction of the critical evidence. Her attorneys are too well connected not to already know about such infiltration.
Electronic infiltration was used the evening of the same day that my wife and I received some very high-level help to stop a possible kidnapping of a family member in Mexico. After my wife had gone to bed having written but not sent an e-mail to one of my sisters about the day’s turmoil, our computer was secretly infiltrated. This is quite close to the exact insertion: ” the hotel wanted to know whose body I had dropped off. Bit they didn’t worry once they found out that it was only a cadever” [their spelling].

I believe that General David Petraeus was indicted solely because Charles Wilson wanted him indicted. If so, perhaps we will eventually learn the reason. In the meanwhile, it may be best that he receive a presidential pardon.
I have been advised not to treat events possibly related to the 9/11 cover-up which involve me as coincidences. About September 17, 2014 the President went to Tampa, home of Judge Wilson, for two days of meetings. On September 25, 2014, Attorney General Holder announced his resignation. Give or take a day or two,on October 1, 2014,, there was an attempt to kill me.

However, I was a coroner here in south Florida many years ago ; I . am not convinced that she died on February 9,2019 as her Death Certificate states. No cause of death is shown because that information is confidential, There is no name given for an attending physician nor for a medical examiner. Nor was there an autopsy . Information was supplied by someone in Connecticut shown as Jean Blatchley’s daughter even though she had two daughters living here in Lee County Her body was cremated There doesn’t seem to have been a funeral service of any kind.. And at this point, I know of nobody who has seen Jean Blatchley alive during the past few years. The severe threat to my health last week was the sudden bout of what seemed to be acute congestive heart failure soon after being bumped multiple times in Fort Myers traffic. 14,000 volts of electricity was diverted from the power line serving the nearby Farm Credit land held in the name of Deuces Wild Investments into an abandoned line running through fruit trees where I was about to pick fruit with a metal picking pole.Leaves and branches were trimmed away from the area close to the newly energized wire . .All of these cuttings had been picked up except for a few green leaves lying on the ground. I noticed the leaves before I put my picking pole up against the now deadly line. I wondered how they had been removed from the trees. Then saw where branches had been pruned around the old line. Since I had not used commercial power in my thirty-plus years of ownership, i was concerned that the line was suddenly hot. An expert confirmed that it was. Very hot.

Jean Blatchley was living in a trailer on the farm that I had just contracted to buy in 1980. She and her husband Bud were concerned that they would be evicted soon. .I told them that if my deal closed , they were welcome to take all the time they needed to move. They had their own electricity. That account was never in my name. I had nothing to do with paying any of the Blatchleys’ utility bills; the Blatchleys never gave me a penny for rent or anything else. They moved around 1982.
Jean and Bud Blatchley did not own that next property. Dr. Ayaz Samadani is a Muslim doctor who has owned land in Lee County on Pine Island for several years. While Pine Island is not far from Charlotte County, I do not know if he worships at the mosque there when he visits southwest Florida..One can assume that he has regular contact with the members of the Islamic Medical Association of North America who attend that mosque. If you have done a Name search in the Lee County Clerk of Court’s Official Records for Deuces Wild, one of the citations shows it filed a lawsuit about four months after the failed electrocution attempt , against someone it called Christopher J. Sapp. That name is very similar to mine: Christopher Francis Sapp; also it is like the name of my son, Christopher Robert Sapp. Two of my daughters are named in that suit .The last time I looked , the mortgage from Deuces Wild to Farm Credit still was omitted. by the Lee County Clerk from the list of Deuces Wild recorded documents.
Several of my recent posts concerning Dr. Samadani, the strange sale of some his Lee County land to a shell corporation, Deuces Wild Investments,for a quick sale for $660,000, have disappeared.
Renewal. The incorporation of Deuces Wild Investments happened on April 25,2007 here in Florida. On April 30,2007, Ayaz Samadani signed a deed to this new company in Dodge County, Wisconsin. When recorded in Lee County, Florida, the deed showed that Dr. Samadani had been paid $660,000.00, apparently in cash,for his swampy land. There was scarcely enough time for a survey or title search. This transaction does not look like an arm’s length deal. One can suspect that Dr. Samadani continued to own the land but in the name of the corporation as the sole shareholder.Was there really 660 thousand dollars on the table ? Maybe so. The other alternative that comes to mind is that there was a new owner who set up Deuces Wild Investments but was buying something beside the land. Perhaps something intangible. Something for which there should be no paper trail.
The Deuces Wild lawsuit filed against some of my children is obviously malicious. They could not have encroached on Deuces Wild’s land. Their property is too far away. My children were sued solely because I am not popular with certain people.
The Death-trap set for me at the family farm in September 2014 used 14,000 volts of electricity from the Samadani- Deuces Wild powerline. A few weeks ago, I spoke with a powerline crew that had just finished trimming vegetation at the place where Jean Blatchley had been staying immediately next to the Samadani- Deuces wild claim of real estate south of our farm. Who killed Jean Blatchley ,the neighbor of Dr. Samadani and also of Deuces Wild? If it was done by or for the Tampa Federal “Justice” syndicate , then three former United States Presidents are also implicated in the cover-ups of the . 9/11 and anthrax letters attacks.
There was a report that Ali A. Azima was granted citizenship in the United States of America in 2007. If this is true, perhaps our Country provided a package deal that year for Muslims living in southwest Florida.
Speaking of malicious lawsuits, one was filed by Citibank last year against my wife. There is a common thread– likely more than one–between these harassing suits. Namely the missing and probably destroyed Hoffman file at the Lee County Court Administrator’s office.
The Hoffman file was started a year ago with a complaint by my wife about a court officer licensed by the Lee County Courts who was working for Deices Wild and/or Farm Credit.It contained other papers such as a letter from my ex-wife about Mr. Hoffman’s serious harassment. Also information about the attempt to electrocute me.
A few weeks later , my wife sent a letter to the Lee County Court administrator , warning him that the Hoffman file should be well- protected because it was likely to be stolen and destroyed.
One of my daughters visited the Lee County Court Administrator’s office in Fort Myers. She had traveled from over a thousand miles away. She asked to see the Hoffman file. She was told that the Hoffman file was missing; that she would be notified if it was found. There has been no such notification.
In September, I visited the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. At the Clerk’s office, I presented my credentials and some basic information about the Hoffman file. An appropriate deputy clerk then heard my concerns about the continued corruption in the state and federal courts of southwest Florida. The court officer asked that I supply this information to the Court’s security office . I did so .Before leaving Washington, I went by the law firm of Williams, Connolly .I thought they might help.
The Florida Supreme Court was also supplied information about the corruption in the state and federal courts of southwest Florida, especially as it relates to the 9/11 and anthrax attacks and the cover-ups of these events. I provided information about the stolen and/or destroyed Hoffman file. The response via the Clerk’s office: this should be treated as a crime.
There has been no message to any of us about any investigation of the judges, attorneys or court officials, state or federal, concerning the theft and/or destruction of the Hoffman file.
Frankly, I believe that even if it were a state judge that stole the Hoffman File, he or she would not have done so without direct contact with someone they know and trust who guaranteed them absolute civil and criminal immunity for these crimes to be provided by the highest federal judicial authority in Tampa.
I expect that the attorneys who filed the malicious lawsuits in Lee County, Florida against members of my family also have high-level protection.
My family will not be safe from the hard-ball political corruption here in Lee County, Florida until there has been a federal housekeeping in Tampa. That task needs to start with the court of appeals. This will require that the President, the Congress, and the U.S. Supreme Court act together. Miracles happen…….don’t they ?.
Does Charles Wilson have the political power to make the President publicly endorse Mrs. Clinton? I for one believe that he does.
In light of the possibility of a presidential election later this year, the American voters should be provided the details of the bribery of the U.S. Attorney in Tampa and the corruption of officials in Lee County, Florida, in 1999 by the Clinton Administration. Particularly, the role played in these activities by Mrs. Clinton. The Wilson Plan, initiated at Azima’s that year, was the cornerstone for the subsequent 9/11 and anthrax attacks two years later, and the cover-up which has persisted until today. Probably, Judge Wilson has already given Mrs. Clinton some sort of immunity from prosecution for her National Security “mistakes.” He cannot legally grant her immunity from crimes where both of them are participants.
The Wilson Plan was developed and activated before Charles Wilson was appointed judge. He has no judicial immunity of his own that will allow him to escape prosecution for the countless felonies commented on earlier today.
The use of the name ” Azima” by self-proclaimed terrorists on the Internet in the late summer of 2001 to describe the upcoming wonderful events may have been part of the disturbing information I provided Attorney General Holder the month before he resigned.
There were at least two chat rooms of persons calling themselves “terrorists”. Both wrote in English. One group used Arabic-sounding names , some similar to those names later reported to be the names of the hijackers–but not exactly the same. The other group used nicknames such as “The Egyptian” and The Policeman” It. was evident that both groups expected something serious happening and both used the non-English word “Azima ” to describe it.
In my August 2014 letter to Attorney General Holder I suggested that the Ashcroft people at the Department of Justice may not have understood the significance of “Azima” as used by the “terrorists” but that the hold-over senior Clinton personnel there would have at least suspected that it was “Ali A. Azima” . And that they were horrified to learn that they were largely to blame for the impending disaster.

He did send an assistant, Tamra Phipps.She brought a large three ring notebook. It was filled with photocopies of newspaper articles about major demonstration and protests.There was nothing about loving and lawful sidewalk counselors. She was surprised to hear that I had already reviewed a duplicate in Fort Myers.
The meeting with Ms. Phipps accomplished nothing. I told her that the so-called research that was used to justify the Wilson Plan was fraudulent. And that it had no relevance at all to the sidewalk counselor training programs I had been establishing in several places in Florida and other states. Ms. Phipps neither argued nor agreed with me. I doubt that she had the authority to do either one. The meeting was brief..

Students at Franciscan University’s research on Forced Abortion was submitted to the United States Supreme Court with Jane Roe II’s main brief. The Nuremberg Code violations can be brought as two separate class actions in another nation. One would be for the women for their unlawful abortions. The other would be for the fathers for the wrongful deaths of their children.These classes would include all persons around the world harmed by abortions in the United States.
There was a question about a father’s wrongful death claim : should he be allowed to recover damages if he forced or coerced the mother’s.abortion ? I don’t know for certain. However, I think that these wrongful actions should disqualify him.from collecting anything.

Yesterday a preliminary Complaint was sent by US Priority Mail to the International Criminal Court at the Hague seeking prosecution of millions of human rights violations in the United States. The proposed Defendants included two former presidents, two former governors of Florida, two former directors of the FBI, one former U.S. Attorney General, a sitting U.S. Court of Appeals judge and numerous officials and judges in Lee County, Florida.

The U.S.Postal Service now shows that the envelope I sent to the International Criminal Court has reached New York as of 1:24pm this afternoon, July 30, 2016. This is four days after it arrived at the postal facility in Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida. No ” departure” information from the Fort Myers facility is provided . Based on prior experiences with the Post Office, I expect that my documents have been destroyed. It would be nice to be wrong.
It’s now the morning of August 1. The envelope mailed to the International Criminal Court on July 26 is shown to still be in New York. There is no “departure” information from Fort Myers displayed as yet by the U.S. Postal Service.
The slowest jet plane in the World ? Tonight, August !, the U.S. Postal Service released some “departure” information about my mail going [?] to the International Criminal Court at The Hague. Reportedly, it left the Fort Myers airport 2 minutes after it arrived there. Yes. Quite speedy. It sounds like a special jet was waiting for it.
The travel time from Fort Myers to New York was several hours shy of four days.Thus the average speed for the jet carrying the envelope going to The Hague was almost 20 miles per hour.

The best evidence shows that these crimes were all initiated by a foreign national living in the United States for many years. I expected a specific denial of wrongdoing in 2001 by Saudi Arabia . As a former criminal court judge in a small district of Florida, I believe that a plea of not guilty is appropriate at this point. No such denial has been made.
Even so, I know that the 9/11 and anthrax attacks were not Saudi operations.
The Saudis know the truth about who was responsible for the 9/11 and the anthrax attacks. They know, or should know, that the Bush and Clinton alliance is responsible for the cover-up of these crimes. And are primarily responsible for orchestrating the proposed JASTA legislation.Yet CAIR lies to the American public. It blames Donald Trump for JASTA.

Four of the first five Anthrax Letters are quite similar in many respects : they were all sent to media icons who had news stories on January 22, 1998 about Azima which originated in New York City following face-to-face meetings with Azima in their studios and offices. These were the ABC, CBS, NBC, and The New York Post stories.
While the Sun-Sentinel story about Azima also was published on January 22, 1998, it seems to be based on the letters which were given me by ex-Sheriff McDougall that I relayed to the Associated Press rather than on a face-to-face interview with Azima. I suspect that one or more of the hijackers, perhaps Atta himself, had personal contact with the Sun-Sentinel or its parent company.Maybe it was such contact that proved to be the catalyst for the fifth Anthrax Letter.

The best explanation that I’ve heard for its use in the 2001 attacks is that we Americans supposedly gave supplies of this strain to Iraq. Iraq was expected to use these deadly germs against the Iranians. Before that happened, the anthrax was hidden in Syria. The Syrians then gave or sold the anthrax to the Iranians. In Iran the bacteria went to research labs at medical schools such as the University of Tehran and Shahid Beheshti University. From these labs back to America.
The “Back to America” scenario makes one think that while the first mailing of Anthrax Letters was part of home-grown Islamic terrorism aided in part by doctors or scientists at foreign medical schools, there was a difference with the second mailing.
The second mailing, the one to the Senators, is reported to have contained a much more deadly form of the Ames strain of anthrax. And while I believe that the same person orchestrated both mailings, the personal relationship with the intended victims is apparently lacking. Thus I wonder if the second mailings weren’t instigated by a foreign nation.

The First Supplement to the Counselor Corps’ Preliminary Complaint in the International Criminal Court was delivered to the Court this morning. The Preliminary Complaint describes more than 58 million Human Rights violations in the United States , namely illegal abortions. These crimes were a major factor underlying the 9/11 and anthrax attacks of 2001 and the subsequent cover-up.
The First Supplement contained more information about Jean Sapp and the Counselor Corps. Also included was a mention of JASTA, the recent law in the United States where this Nation asserted the right to abolish sovereign immunity as a defense . The Court was additionally informed of the death of Janet Reno , the former United States Attorney General, named with several others in the October 3, 2001 ” Lori and Chris ” letter. That event occurred on the day before our Presidential Election.
Judicial corruption in Lee County , Florida was another topic in the First Supplement. A judge from Fort Myers was named. I believe that he has been controlled by Charles Wilson and Company in an effort to harm the Sapp family and the Counselor Corps. A fraudulent judgment has been recorded in the Official Records of Lee County apparently signed by this Judge. One of the defendants has a name similar to mine. However, the last time that I reviewed the electronic court file, there was no record of this document.
Dishonesty in Lee County may be stimulated by the Counselor Corps’ filings with the International Criminal Court filings. There is a special flavor of desperation on the part of Lee County in Case # VIO2016-07567 which is scheduled to be heard on December 5 at the courthouse in Fort Myers. The Counselor Corps is charged with ” No proper permit for the driveway.” The County is seeking a fine of up to $250. per day.
You may remember my posting the Comment on July 6, that Lee County had threatened to dig up the entrance to our family farm on Counselor Corps land. I then wrote to the County Commission ordering it not to disturb our entrance. Several days later, though, Lee County workers sneaked onto the Counselor Corps land and excavated the entrance. Then they filled the hole back using material they brought with them. Now the County has charged the Counselor Corps with doing this work without a permit.
The only reason I can discern for this lunacy is the desire for Lee County officials to harass us and distract the Counselor Corps from pursuing the Human Rights charges at the International Criminal Court.

I believe that Azima himself would have preferred the mass-murder which would have resulted from Plan A being used on 9/11. That would have been the coordinated crop-duster spraying of anthrax on many of our cities.. “Enhanced Interrogation” was used on Bruce Ivins by the FBI.The Bureau would have known by October 6, 2001 who was responsible for sending the Anthrax Letters. And that it was not Bruce Ivins. In order to conceal the identity of the guilty person and conclude their so-called investigation, the FBI used mental torture on Ivins. trying to force a confession–untrue but a confession ,nevertheless. Ivins despaired . And killed himself. That was good enough for the FBI. It then declared Ivins to be responsible for the Anthrax Attacks. Ivins was not able then to contradict them.
” Enhanced Interrogation ” was also used by the CIA on Khalid Sheikh Mohammed trying to force an untrue confession from him that he was the master-mind of the 9/11 Attacks. The Agency and a small part of the upper level of the Bush administration knew the name of the real master-mind before 9/11. And it was not KSM. A “Patsy” was needed. While the CIA used very able experts to torture KSM, I suspect that he cunningly agreed to be the fictitious terrorist mastermind in order to provide misinformation to the United States. And because he too wanted to hide the real identity of the guilty person from the American people. But for different reasons.

The FBI interview of General Petraeus would have gone something like this: ” General, I think you will sleep better tonight if you just sign these papers I’m putting in front of you. One is your resignation from the CIA. The other is your confession. No need to read them. My friends want you to know that if you do sign these right now, you will wake up in the morning all by yourself. But if you refuse, you’ll wake up with the head of someone very dear to you on the other pillow. Just the head.”The General would have known that Wilson and Company were not bluffing.

He has no judicial immunity. His greatest threats are not his puppets in places like Lee County, Florida. They are throwaways. Those who will get the best deals from the special prosecutors will be the ones who get there firstest with the mostest to sell. The Unitted Nations Security Council has been informed about the threats to and assaults on my family by Lee County Floida USA. and its officials. On our national level, the persons primarily responsible for the tens of millions of Nuremberg Code Human Rights violations , namely abortions done without Informed Consent , have been members of our United States Supreme Court. Were some , maybe all, of these criminals manipulated with blackmail data? I don’t know.
Adolf Hitler looks like a Sunday School teacher compared to many of our United States Supreme Court Justices . Hitler and some German doctors were criminally responsible for more than 3,000,000 Human Rights violations , namely termination of Reproductive Rights without ” Informed Consent”, exposed at the Doctors’ Trials at Nuremberg. On the other hand, our Supreme Court Justices have been responsible for many tens of millions more illegal abortions since 1973. Will these Justices be held accountible for these crimes ? Justices on the United States Supreme Court and also those on the highest state courts who have violated the Nuremberg Code should resign immediately.
President Obama will be pressured to pardon these justices and judges from their Nuremberg Code violations. Were he to attempt such a foolish action, he should then be charged as an accessory after the fact in more than 58,000,000 major Human Rights crimes.
The German judges who were convicted at the Nuremberg Trials were sentenced to prison for many years.
Several of the German doctors who were convicted by the American judges of Crimes Against Humanity at the Nuremberg Trials were hanged.
Perhaps the President should join me in a complaint about Robert Mueller and others to the International Criminal Court.
The large Russian delegation was my best audience when I spoke at the International Pro-Life conference at The Hague several years ago. It was plain that the Russians wanted out from under the American scourge of Abortion. I suspect that any Russian meddling in our last election may have been motivated by their animosity toward our International Planned Parenthood agency. Self- defense, if you will.

In September, 2015, I went to the United States Supreme Court to warn it that the FBI had the electronic power to invade computers. This ability was resulting in insertions and deletions there by the FBI without the knowledge or consent of the computer’s proprietor. In my case, the insertion into an e-mail was meant to exonerate U.S. felonious actions. I provided the Court with a copy of the FBI’s frightening handiwork. I was worried that the FBI was-or would be- altering electronic records maintained by the Court.
After leaving the United States Supreme Court in September, 2015, I went to the main office of Williams Connally there in DC. I thought that this firm may have already learned that the FBI was altering computer records etc. Still, it seemed best to alert them. The intake lady did not want to accept any papers directly from me. So I told her about my informal meeting at the Clerk’s office. I assume that she got copies of my papers from the Court. Williams Connally then should have had no problem defending clients from federal criminal charges based on electronic evidence.
